What is a credit?
Credits are how you pay for the AI work Okumo does. 1,000 credits = $1, and they're spent per turn at the real model token rate — so a quick task costs a little, a heavy loop costs more. You always see usage broken down in the dashboard.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Credits are pooled across your whole organization, so you can add your entire team without the bill going up. You only pay for the work the agent actually does.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new company starts with $20 in credits, no card required. The trial runs up to 10 days, and the more tools you connect during onboarding, the longer it lasts.
What if I run out mid-month?
Top up any time from $10 (a 10% service fee applies). Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months. We never cut off a task that's already running — you're only ever blocked from starting the next one.
Do credits expire?
Monthly-plan credits are valid for about 62 days; pay-as-you-go top-up credits last 12 months. Credits are always spent soonest-to-expire first.
